As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning, covering sessions when needed, and running interventions to help our children thrive and make progress.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  2. Help with classroom management and organisation
  3. Provide individualised instruction to students
  4. Create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

  1. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
  2. Have undertaken the HLTA Qualification or a degree in childcare/education
  3. Be available to start in November 2024
  4. Be willing to work in Chesterfield, UK

Salary and Benefits:
