Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at Empowering Learning in Manchester. As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with different learning needs, ensuring their academic progress and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role. You will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and able to work effectively with other school community members to ensure effective support for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assist students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their educational and personal development.
  • Supervise and facilitate group activities and projects.

Requirements:
  1. Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  2. Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
