Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Professional to work with children with Special Education Needs in various settings.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing personalized support to children with ASD, SEMH or PMLD at their designated locations.
- Creating and implementing customized learning materials focusing on Maths, English, and Science to meet individual needs.
- Sustaining engagement and ensuring inclusive access to learning for each child.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in teaching, teaching assistant, SEN one-to-one, or tutoring.
- Able to design and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
- Experience working with children who exhibit challenging behaviors.
- Ability to monitor progress, provide feedback, and ensure desired outcomes are met.
- Dedicated consultant support for ongoing role discussions.
- Paid directly by us, no umbrella company fees.
- Competitive hourly rate of £20-25 or above.
- Thirteen weeks of annual leave.
