We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting. As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and students to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching Assistant Role: Support the class teacher and other teaching assistants in delivering high-quality education to students with diverse needs.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students during lessons and activities, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Environment Safety: Maintain a safe and welcoming space for all students and staff, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Personalized Learning Plans: Collaborate with staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to students' unique needs.
  • Student Data Management: Assist with collecting and recording student data to inform assessment and progress monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff and students.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, working effectively as part of a team.
