Learning Support Associate Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Learning Support Associate to join our team at Connex Education. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to delivering high-quality education to our students.

The successful candidate will work closely with our teaching staff to provide additional support to our pupils. They will need to be confident going into a classroom and building strong relationships with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

About the Job Description

We require a Learning Support Associate who has a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent UK educational qualification. Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable, but not essential.

  • Essential qualifications include a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent UK educational qualification.
  • Desirable qualifications include previous experience working with SEN students.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
