About the Position:

  • Support children's learning and development by providing individualized and small-group instruction, adapting to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies, enhancing student outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  1. A valid Level 3 qualification in child-related fields (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, etc.).
  2. A current Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one.
  3. Considerable experience in teaching assistant roles, particularly in a school setting.
