Behavioural Support Specialist

- Supervise students during lunchtimes to ensure a safe and calm environment
- Contribute to the effective management and coordination of academy-wide behaviour systems
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop strategies for supporting students with additional needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
The successful candidate will have experience working with children who require additional support, excellent numeracy and literacy skills, and a Level 4 qualification or equivalent teaching status.
Salary Details:
£23,656 per annum (pro rata), based on a competitive salary scale reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
