School Recruitment: SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are currently seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Support Professional to support students with Special Educational Needs at a Primary school in Great Barr.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months experience working with children with SEND / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Key Job Functions:

  1. Assist the teacher with daily classroom tasks and responsibilities
  2. Provide personalized support to students who require additional assistance
  3. Develop and lead engaging group activities to promote student learning
  4. Collaborate with the class teacher to design and implement effective lesson plans

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children's Learning and Development or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with SEND / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50 - £15.00 per hour.
