SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional team at Smile Education. In this fulfilling role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young students by providing personalized support and care.
Responsibilities and DutiesAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering tailored support to students with special educational needs
- Working closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress
Requirements:
- Degree in Special Educational Needs or related field
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic nature
