**Key Responsibilities and Requirements**

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students in their academic, social, and personal development. You will need to possess experience or passion for working with students with complex needs and be flexible and able to adapt to the unique needs of each student. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Support worker/psychology, are also beneficial.
