We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Manchester area. As a leading educational support company, we are committed to providing high-quality assistance to schools and students.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualised attention and support to students with different learning needs, ensuring their academic progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide tailored support to students, adapting to their unique needs and abilities.
  2. Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  3. Supervise and facilitate group activities and projects, promoting social skills and collaboration.
  4. Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their educational and personal development.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the school community, including parents and external professionals, to ensure effective support for students.
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
