Job Title: Primary School Education Specialist

Job Overview:

This role involves teaching primary school students in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Planning: Develop engaging lessons to cater to diverse learners.
  2. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Classroom Management: Create a positive and organized learning space.
  4. Collaboration: Work with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to support student development.
  5. Staff Meetings and Events: Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and school events.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. Enhanced DBS check.
  3. Knowledge of the national curriculum.
Education and Experience:

A relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required. Previous experience in teaching primary school students is preferred.

Desirable Skills:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Effective classroom management abilities.
  3. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a primary school setting, following the school calendar and daily schedule. Some additional hours may be required for planning and assessment.
