About the Job:

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join its team in Cumbernauld, Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, Scotland. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to ensure that residents receive personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of your job and building strong relationships with your team
  • Providing care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent qualification. You should also have a background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
