About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Care Specialist to join our team at Keane Premier Support Services South Lanarkshire. This exciting opportunity will involve providing 1:1 support to clients with complex needs, promoting their wellbeing and independence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and potential sleepovers or night shifts.

A competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour (Real Living Wage) is offered, along with a range of benefits, including a company vehicle, annual leave, flexible working patterns, and training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering tailored support to clients, promoting their health and wellbeing
  • Supporting clients to attend college and engage in leisure activities
  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks and personal care
  • Encouraging relationships between clients and their families, friends, and community

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a PVG check and provide two satisfactory references.

Salary: £12 per hour (£24,000 - £28,800 per annum)
