Cluster Residential Child Care Team Member

Pebbles Care Limited seeks an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to become part of our residential child care team as a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker.

As a valued member of our team, you will engage with the children and young people in your care, promoting their educational progress, social skills, and emotional resilience.
Role OverviewThis full-time position involves working an average of 56 hours per week. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver personalized support, responding to the diverse needs of each child.
Expert guidance and training will be provided by our multidisciplinary team, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise to safeguard our young people effectively.
Your key responsibility will be to prioritize the safety and well-being of our children and young people, addressing their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
Main Responsibilities- Operating company vehicles to transport young people to various locations.
- Delivering bespoke support to meet the unique requirements of each child.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our young people.
We offer a competitive annual salary of £40,000, commensurate with experience, along with enhanced benefits and discounts designed to promote your overall health and wellbeing.
Cluster Residential Child Care Workers typically follow a standard shift pattern of one day on (24 hours including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours), allowing for a satisfying work-life balance.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate unwavering commitment to child protection, combined with a genuine passion for pursuing relevant qualifications and training.
Desirable qualities include prior experience working with children or young adults, as well as a strong desire to achieve a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent.
