Night Shift Residential Support Professional

Pebbles Care Limited invites applications from motivated individuals to fill the position of Cluster Residential Child Care Worker.
This challenging role requires someone who is flexible, able to think critically, and committed to delivering exceptional care to our children and young people.
As a member of our team, you will form strong bonds with the children and young people in your care, supporting their educational and personal development, while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, requiring an average of 56 hours per week. You will work closely with colleagues to provide one-to-one or group support, depending on the child's needs.
Ongoing training and guidance will be provided by our experienced professionals in psychology, education, and learning and development, equipping you to make informed decisions and take necessary actions to safeguard our young people.
Your main responsibility will be to guarantee the safety and happiness of our children and young people, fostering a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
Key Accountabilities- Transporting young people to various destinations using company vehicles.
- Providing tailored support to meet each child's unique needs.
- Ensuring the protection and well-being of our young people.
A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, based on experience, is on offer, along with attractive benefits and discounts to promote your overall wellbeing.
Cluster Residential Child Care Workers typically work a standard shift pattern of one day on (24 hours including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours), providing a great work-life balance.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate high levels of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to child protection, as well as a genuine passion for pursuing related qualifications and training.
Experience working with children or young adults, plus a willingness to achieve a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent, would be beneficial in securing this position.
