Caring Support Professional

Keane Premier Support Services South Lanarkshire is a leading provider of adult care services. We are currently seeking an experienced Caring Support Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality support to individuals with complex needs. As a Caring Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing person-centred care and support.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour (Real Living Wage) and a range of benefits, including access to a company vehicle whilst on shift (if required), 28 days annual leave pro rata, and flexible working patterns to promote work-life balance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Offering one-to-one support to clients with a range of complex needs
- Supporting clients to attend college and clubs
- Assisting clients with day-to-day activities of their choice
- Supporting and encouraging a healthy lifestyle
You will also participate in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans, provide support in all aspects of personal care, and carry out housekeeping duties and day-to-day tasks.
