As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to adults with various disabilities, promoting their independence, and enabling them to achieve their goals.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. If you have a full driving license, that's a definite plus Our service users value staff who can drive them around, so being mobile is essential.

A bit about the role:

  • Provide individualized support to adults with varying levels of ability
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Promote independence and empower service users to make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
