This is a full-time position with 32.5 contracted hours available for days and nights.

About Our Care Home

Our beautiful care home provides nursing & dementia care for 45 residents. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where our residents can thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily routines, promoting independence and encouraging positive choices.
  • Deliver personalized care through hands-on help and thoughtful attention to individual needs.
  • Maintain the health and wellbeing of residents, communicating concerns to the nurse or clinical deputy manager.
  • Champion dignity and respect for each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
  • Encourage social interactions among residents and staff, fostering a sense of community.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, responding quickly to emergencies or call bells.
  • Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Bring joy to residents' lives and make them smile every day.
About You
  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we welcome those with transferable skills and a passion for care.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Values: Integrity, respect, and teamwork are essential for this role.
