About Our Care HomeOur beautiful care home provides nursing & dementia care for 45 residents. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where our residents can thrive.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support residents with daily routines, promoting independence and encouraging positive choices.
- Deliver personalized care through hands-on help and thoughtful attention to individual needs.
- Maintain the health and wellbeing of residents, communicating concerns to the nurse or clinical deputy manager.
- Champion dignity and respect for each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
- Encourage social interactions among residents and staff, fostering a sense of community.
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, responding quickly to emergencies or call bells.
- Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Bring joy to residents' lives and make them smile every day.
- Qualifications: SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant is ideal, but we welcome those with transferable skills and a passion for care.
- Passion: A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Values: Integrity, respect, and teamwork are essential for this role.
