At Keane Premier Support Services South Lanarkshire, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will make a positive difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Salary: £12 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibilities will include offering 1:1 support, assisting with daily activities, promoting healthy lifestyles, and participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Assist clients with day-to-day tasks, including household chores and personal care
  • Support clients in attending educational and recreational activities
  • Encourage independence and promote client wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individual support plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Valid driving license (desirable)
  • PVG certification (subject to DBS check)
