Quarriers is a leading social care charity in Scotland, dedicated to providing practical care and support to vulnerable children, adults, and families. We're seeking an Adult Support Worker to join our team in North Lanarkshire, supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to adults with various needs, promoting their independence, and empowering them to achieve their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills and knowledge in adult support work.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. A full driving license is highly desirable, as our service users value staff who can drive them around.

A bit about the role:

  • Deliver personalized support to adults with varying levels of ability
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Promote independence and empower service users to make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
