Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Care Assistant to join our team at The Mungo Foundation. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide support and care to individuals with learning disabilities in a residential setting.
About the RoleThis is a Relief role, which means that you will work on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts when required. You will be working alongside our permanent staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities- To provide person-centred support to residents with learning disabilities.
- To assist residents with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- To promote the independence of residents and support them in achieving their goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable adults and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and support. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
