About This Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to join our client's team in South Lanarkshire. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Providing personalized care and support to individuals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication management and personal care
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with individuals, families, and carers
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
  • Relevant qualifications and training
  • Experience working in care roles
  • Registration with SSSC
  • Full driving license
