Learning Disability Coach

As a Learning Disability Coach at Enable, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic and vibrant social care organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, such as epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
Key responsibilities include delivering person-centred care, facilitating strong teamwork, and creating effective support strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
