Adult Skills Coach

Enable is a dynamic and vibrant social care organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Adult Skills Coach.
About The RoleThis is a full-time position requiring 39 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be required to have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle for business use.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs. They will also have strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
The role involves creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets. The successful candidate will also be required to have SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
