At Enable, we are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Adult and Community Skills Coach.

This role involves working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.

You will be responsible for providing person-centred support, using techniques such as person-centred planning.

About the Role:

  1. Experience of working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
  2. Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
  3. Creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies and risk assessments whilst managing individual budgets.
  4. SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  5. Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use.
