The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized support to adults, promoting their independence, and enabling them to achieve their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in adult support work while making a real difference in people's lives.

We're looking for someone who is resilient, reliable, and an excellent listener, with excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. A full driving license is highly desirable, as our service users value staff who can drive them around.

A bit about the role:

  • Deliver personalized support to adults with varying levels of ability
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Promote independence and empower service users to make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
