Crosslaw House Care Home in Lanark, South Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role
- We are offering a competitive salary of £19.50 per hour for this full-time position.
- You will work closely with our team to create personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Your primary responsibilities will include observing daily interactions and conditions, ensuring all care documentation is precise and easily understood by the team.
- You will also lead your team during shifts, organizing and guiding them to ensure everyone knows their role in delivering top-notch care.
- Additional duties include overseeing shift handovers, performing routine observations, administering medications safely, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- As a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN, you possess excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, and a calm, patient demeanor.
- You have a passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
- Flexible shift times are available, including 07:15AM-14:30PM, 14:15PM-21:30PM, or 07:15AM-21:30PM for day shifts, and 21:15PM-07:30AM for night shifts.
