About the Role

We are seeking a talented Public Health Nurse Leader to join our team in Cumbernauld Community Nursing Team within Kenilworth Medical Centre. This is a permanent, full-time position with 37 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this role is £43,041 - £57,298 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

As a Public Health Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing services to all age groups in the community
  • Working in partnership with patients, care providers, and other agencies to achieve healthcare goals
  • Leading and managing the Community nursing team to provide a quality nursing service
  • Functioning as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency, and experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
  • SPQ District Nursing/Nursing in the Home or equivalent Post Graduate Study
  • Educated to/working towards/operating at Degree Level
  • Post graduate expertise within speciality / area of practice that demonstrates the required breadth of knowledge required to lead safety, effectively, and efficiently
