Expert Health Visiting Practitioner providing comprehensive advice, support and clinical supervision within the Health Visiting Team and to the Team Leader. To take a lead role for Quality Improvement work identified within the locality. Within the Health Visiting function of this role the post holder will be accountable for a caseload

**What we'll need you to bring**:
- Registered General Nurse with post registration practice experience.
- Registered Health Visitor/Specialist Practitioner Qualification in Public Health Nursing/Health Visiting.
- Educated to or operating at Masters Level.
- Evidence of personal contribution and leading of service planning and redesign projects.
- Evidence of personal contribution and leading of service planning and redesign projects.
- Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of clinical leadership.
- Experience or interest in Clinical Supervision.
- Experience or interest in quality improvement.
- Working knowledge of MIDIS and other IT systems

This role will be based in Health Visiting within Kildrum Health Centre.
