Our care home provides nursing and dementia care for 45-residents, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that meet each individual's unique needs.
You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate care documentation, leading your team, and facilitating smooth handovers between shifts. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including observing daily interactions, managing specific health needs, administering medications, and promoting independence.
We offer a competitive salary of £19.50 per hour, plus benefits such as flexible shift times, a pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
