About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team in South Lanarkshire. As a key member of our support services, you will work closely with clients who require assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients in attending educational institutions and community events, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Support clients in managing their finances, household tasks, and personal care requirements.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle choices and encourage clients to participate in activities that enhance their physical and mental health.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring client goals and needs are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive environment, respecting client autonomy and dignity.
Requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Salary and Benefits
