Job Role:

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals in their own homes or community settings. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Relevant experience in a social care setting, preferably in a supporting role

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience). A competitive benefits package is also included.
