Community Liaison Officer

We are seeking a Factoring Services Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of delivering high-quality factoring services and excellent customer service skills.
The salary for this position is estimated at £31,092 per annum, rising to £32,728 after 12 months of satisfactory performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and life assurance.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Experience of using Microsoft packages, such as Word and Excel, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and tracking of communal repairs
- Liaising with residents to ensure involvement activities meet customer expectations
- Providing first contact resolution for service area complaints
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Delivering effective administrative processes
