Care and Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Day Support Officer to join our team in North Lanarkshire. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities, supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Responsibilities will include providing individualized support, assisting with daily living tasks, and facilitating community involvement. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, participate in training and development opportunities, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
