Job Summary
Exertis (UK) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Specialist to join our finance team. This role will involve managing debtor relationships, processing payments, and resolving sales invoice queries.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled individual with excellent communication skills and experience in SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. As an Accounts Specialist at Exertis (UK) Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment of debts, processing customer invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
* Manage debtor relationships and ensure timely payment of debts
* Process customer invoices onto SAP, matching against receipted PO
* Resolve sales invoice queries both internally and externally
* Ensure all expense invoices are properly authorised in line with company policy
* Perform daily bank reconciliation and weekly/monthly aged debt reporting

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in accounts or a related field
* Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines

Salary
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
