Rutherford Cross is offering a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience in consolidating financial data and preparing management accounts. A good understanding of financial software and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate the group's monthly management accounts – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Statement.
  • Report Balance Sheet trends and analysis and ownership of performing quarterly reviews with stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance within any banking or funding covenants set and ensuring that these are considered as part of the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Requirements

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
