**Job Title:** Warranty Claims Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty Claims Specialist. As a key member of our warranty administration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Selecting claims to support key business objectives and deliver commercial effectiveness
  • Preparing claim forms and supporting materials for all branches within tight deadlines
  • Ensuring maximum returns from manufacturers for all warranty work, including credit notes and associated paperwork
  • Managing warranty payments, returns, and reconciliations for all manufacturers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with other staff members, repairers, and manufacturers' representatives
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on warranty procedures and documentation

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in warranty administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Kerridge system, manufacturer systems, and Microsoft packages
