**Job Introduction**:
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service & Operations Assistant to join us as part of our House of Hazelwood team. House of Hazelwood has been set up as a wholly owned subsidiary business within WG&S that will focus single-mindedly on the luxury side of the blended market with a premium position and a dedicated specialist team. The business draws on stocks of aged Scotch whisky from the WG&S reserves, with the minimum age of whisky we will use being around 35 years and the oldest being well above 50 years of age. While the business operates with a start-up culture we also benefit from the support and benefits of the group.
You will provide the best-in-class customer service to our global consumers & distributors by organising, co-ordinating & managing total demand and creating & collating documentation required to accompany orders to their destination.
**Main Responsibility**:
**Key Accountabilities**
- You will support with a variety of administration tasks, such as processing of sales orders, invoicing, reporting, running order reports, sourcing and preparing both internal and external documentation in a timely manner.
- You will also contribute to developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communications and cross team collaboration.
- Ensure that we maintain targeted turnaround expectations on documentation requirements and record and monitor progress, escalating where appropriate.
- Working with the team to provide support and coordination of brand events.
- Undertake a range of general administrative tasks to support the wider team such as copying, printing, managing the mail and ordering stationary or any other ad hoc duties as required.
