Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team in Cumbernauld, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
- Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they find the right products for their needs.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring the store is always well-stocked.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
