We are seeking a Factoring Assistant to join our team at the Toryglen office in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for billing and tracking of communal repairs, liaising with residents and resolving service area complaints.

  • Billing, collating information and debt recovery of factoring debts
  • Liaising, consulting and responding to residents to ensure involvement activities are accessible and meet customer expectations
  • Focusing on first contact resolution for all service area complaints and identifying opportunities to further improve customer experience

Salary: £21,764 - £22,909 per year

26.25 hours per week

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of delivering high quality factoring services or similar
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
