Accounting and Administration Assistant

Job Overview:
This role involves managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Tasks:
  1. Match, check, and code invoices
  2. Enter invoice and bank transaction data
  3. Scan and process supplier statements
  4. Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues
  5. Set up and maintain supplier accounts
  6. Reconcile supplier statements and bank statements
  7. Prepare and submit finance applications
  8. Complete any additional tasks as needed

Compensation:
The Accounting and Administration Assistant position offers a competitive salary range of £32,000-£42,000 per annum, along with various benefits such as a modern working environment, 29 days annual leave, free laser eye surgery, and more.
