Join Our Finance Team at Optical Express

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant. This role involves working closely with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verifying invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Entering invoice data into our accounting system
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of supplier statements and bank transactions
  • Collating and submitting finance applications for approval

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance function. This includes verifying invoices for accuracy, entering invoice data into our accounting system, and liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of supplier statements and bank transactions, and collating and submitting finance applications for approval.

Compensation and Benefits
  • An estimated salary range of £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
