About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Optical Express. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll from start to end, ensuring all employees are paid on time and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll accurately and efficiently, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Maintain accurate records of employee data, including salaries, benefits, and tax information.
  3. Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding payroll-related matters.
  4. Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
