As a Financial Operations Coordinator at Optical Express, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Based in our Head Office at Westfield, Cumbernauld, you will be responsible for managing our purchase ledger, including matching, checking and coding invoices, data entry of invoices and bank transactions, and reconciliations.

Your attention to detail and numerate skills will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will also liaise with suppliers, set up new supplier accounts, and answer queries both internally and externally.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 29 days annual leave, free eye tests, and laser eye surgery.
