Job Title: Purchase Ledger Coordinator Role

At Optical Express Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our finance team. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and match invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Enter data into our system, ensuring up-to-date records and minimizing errors.
  3. Manage scanned documents, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  4. Liaise with suppliers to address queries and concerns.
  5. Establish new supplier accounts, building strong relationships and resolving issues.
  6. Respond to internal and external queries regarding finance applications and supplier statements.
  7. Reconcile supplier statements and bank transactions, detecting and resolving discrepancies.
  8. Prepare and submit finance applications, guaranteeing accuracy and punctuality.

Requirements:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role.
