Financial Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our finance team based in Westfield, Cumbernauld.
Key Responsibilities:- Verifying invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Entering invoice data into our accounting system with precision
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless transactions
- Maintaining accurate records of supplier statements and bank transactions
- Collating and submitting finance applications for approval
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchase ledger function. This includes verifying invoices for accuracy, entering invoice data into our accounting system, and liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of supplier statements and bank transactions, and collating and submitting finance applications for approval.
