About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our team at Optical Express. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll process.
Key Tasks:
- Administer payroll from start to end, including processing payments and managing employee data.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and management.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies, escalating issues as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, implementing updates as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration, preferably in a healthcare or retail industry.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
