Financial Data Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Assistant to join our finance team at Optical Express Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Matching, checking and coding invoices
• Data entry of invoices and bank transactions
• Scanning and processing supplier statements
• Liaising with suppliers and resolving queries
• Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing ones
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations
• Collating, submitting and reconciling finance applications
• Completing other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:
You will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in data entry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
