We are looking for a highly motivated Professional Services Leader to join our team at Optical Express. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our professional staff are appropriately scheduled in line with business and patient demands.
About the Job
The Professional Services Leader will be responsible for maintaining the Optometrist database, ensuring holidays are approved in a timely manner, assisting client relationship management with the Self Employed Optometrist network, and commercially-minded with a common sense, pro-active and flexible approach to work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Computer literate and quick learner.
- Enjoy networking and communicate effectively with senior level Managers and qualified professional healthcare providers.
- Saturday cover (1 in 3) is essential to the role.
